The official language in Taiwan is traditional Chinese, and most of Taiwanese cannot write or read in English. Taiwan is a small island, so that most of the necessary technologies are just introduced or translated by FEW professional persons. For the other persons, they don't have the chance to elect what they want to see, and therefore they cannot allow the professional persons any error or inaccuracy. English is current primary language for the global people, and I think its effects are still going to continue for a span. Of course, Taiwan has its own technologies, but it's important to choose a language as your second language. Please let "few" become "a few", so that you need to learn your second language. Which language? English, Russian, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, …etc., for examples. What's the meaning of "for a span"? It means that most Taiwanese shall intend to choose English, and then the quantity shall be fewer and fewer to use English as their second language. United States has the weak economy, so that Taiwan cannot always rely on their current advantageous position of language. I think the best strategy is to disperse to the language learning, and therefore Taiwan can reduce the national risks of foreign language.

High Productivity
I went to Tainan's Eslite Book Store about 10:00 P.M. two days ago. There was a singer there, and I also talked the listeners about writing the songs. I thought that it was impossible that the highest productivity was a song per one day, and I said the most matters were handled by the computer for the whole creative procedures. Wow! Actually, computers have become the most important tool to solve the problems, including the following examples:
According to my experiences, I always read some relative books in the beginning. And then, I need some inspirations from my life, and I start to study or research on them. I cannot know whether I will be successful or not, but I will continue to go ahead for my inspirations. Actually, most of my inspirations are laughable, so that I always think the solving process is quite fun. You cannot hate what you select, or you won't get any meaningful result. Please don't forget "Persist in the Chairman's Leadership".
- Manage the Product Quality(Symbolic or Numerical Reliability)for the Engineer;
- Solve the Mathematical Problems(from Physical or Theoretical Domain)for the Physicist, Mathematician, Chemist and Engineer;
- Simulate the Physical Problems for the Engineer;
- Writing, Calculating and the Other Operating Tools for the Routines;
- Network Communications for the Global People.

Envy
Recently, I know that my talent is the envy of my colleagues, and I own the higher salary in my company. Since I left NTU, I have started to feel that the other people always take precautions against for me. You know I don't have a Ph.D., and you know I don't need a Ph.D. I own my M.S. and B.S. degrees at NTU and NTUST respectively, and this is the main reason for why they always take precautions against for me. Except I have the highest degrees in Taiwan, I own the abilities to solve the problems I meet on his job. Actually, my talent is the real reason but my degrees. If you read "Problem-Solving Techniques", I think you shall be possible to own the same ability. Please don’t envy me my talent.
Amount of Mental Patients
I saw news about the amount of mental patients, and I was sure that Taiwan has absolutely more than 1.5 million mental patients. If you dare to see any psychiatrist, you will have 80% probability to become a mental patient. Why? Everyone has some thinking deviations, so that the psychiatrists just try to use the medicines to control you mind. Actually, nobody wants to become a mental patient, so that he or she won't go to see a psychiatrist. I think you shall go to see a psychiatrist, and the psychiatrists will let you feel better than before.
