I watch the Formosa TV tonight, and I know the problem of the Nuclear Power IV is the mechanical and electrical system too complex. I think the standard operating procedure is necessary for the nuclear engineers. It’s so hard to control, so that the most professional people cannot promise its security. Of course, I have understood this problem, and I have a question to ask everybody. Can you accept Taipower raises the power rate again and again if Taipower changes its power strategy? Hydroelectricity, Wind Power, … etc, for examples. After the Republic 107, the Nuclear Power I will stop operating, and therefore the north Taiwan will be possible short of electricity.

Urban Renewal and Wang's House III
In the Urban Renewal Act, the Article 36 shows us a special phrase, "forced removal"（強制拆除）, and every country has the same phrase in its Urban Renewal Act. If Wang can get the reasonable conditions（house or money）, they may be possible to buy a new house in the other place. It's not necessary to live in the same place, and Wang can move to the other place. All of the opposition shall think about what the public interest is, and they will comprehend the spirit of Urban Renewal Act.
The leading role was accused of Offense Against Reputation by the builder, and more than one thousand people supported her. In fact, she violated the Criminal Code truly, but she's still possible to pronounced innocent according to the Article 311 III which is the fair comment on a fact subject to public criticism. Besides, I want to point out the issue that the objective of Urban Renewal Act is old houses but new houses. If Wang's house is built in the Japanese Age, the government shall possibly retain it as a memorial building. There are many old streets in Taiwan, and the government always plans them as the tourist spots, 安平老街, 三峽老街, 內灣老街…,for examples. What's the public interest?
