Title
Reconstruction of Surveying Engineering
Abstract
The surveying accuracy is limited by the accuracy of surveying instruments, and the surveying positions must limited by the finite distances to control the surveying accuracy. In the real world, the Theodolite and Level may have the 20" instrument accuracy, and the finite distance may be 100 meters to survey the angles or elevations. However, the specific Theodolite and Level may own the higher instrument accuracy, 6", for example, and the finite distance may be 350 meters to control the surveying accuracy. The surveying scholars must adjust and correct the fundamental theory of surveying engineering, and the surveying errors must be controlled less than 1 centimeter for the requirements of civil engineering.
