cmhuang problem
Abstract
In civil engineering, the Reconstruction of Structural Reliability (C. M. Huang 2014) has been proposed by Ching-Min Huang in 2014, but the steel structure design has the unsolved problem of the structural loads in the ASD (AISC 1989) of the final version. As everyone knows, this is not a planning problem for the multi-variables, but the only one solution should be existed in ASD. Ching-Min Huang has become a Great Mathematician, and the unsolved ASD problem is named the cmhuang problem.
