Title
Practical Wind Speed Formula
Abstract
The practical wind speed is proposed to define the design wind speed, and the minimum wind speed should be larger than 25m/s as the formula limitation.
Keyword: Wind Speed
I. Practical Wind Speed Formula
In the wind speed behavior, the wind speed is very similar to the changed exponential distribution, V=ce-λx, (Mao et al. 2004), and the boundary conditions, (0, 60) and (20, 25) are adopted to obtain the coefficients, c=60 and λ=0.0438. The practical wind speed is as the following formula, and the minimum wind speed should be larger than 25m/s.
