A. Ching-Min Huang Patent Agreement(CMP 1.0 | February 25, 2011)
The License Certificate officially grants the reader the right to read the eBook purchased online. The reader has the right to read the eBook in accordance with the Ching-Min Huang License Agreement, under the terms and conditions as follows:
- The inventor gets a 2% royalty.
- The users endow a 6% royalty to medical, environmental, and charity organizations with anonymity; if contributors disclose themselves to the public, the subscription is invalid.
- The users' products have to pass the quality assessment of Ching-Min Huang Office.
- The inventor gets a 0.2% royalty.
- The users endow a 0.6% royalty to medical, environmental, and charity organizations with anonymity; if contributors disclose themselves to the public, the subscription is invalid.
The License Certificate officially grants the reader the right to read the eBook purchased online. The reader has the right to read the eBook in accordance with the Ching-Min Huang License Agreement, under the terms and conditions as follows:
- The reader is licensed to multiple downloads of the purchased eBook and its updated version.
- The reader is licensed to download the eBook to the reader's personal computer. If a public computer is used, the reader is required to delete the eBook when leaving the computer.
- The reader is licensed to view the eBook online directly via the browser when using a public computer. However, the eBook file in the computer's temporary storage folder must be deleted when leaving the computer.
- The reader is licensed to simultaneously hold different versions of the purchased eBook.
- The reader is licensed to print out the eBook on paper. However, this is only limited to the purpose of personal reading, research and holding.
- The reader is licensed to reprint the eBook on paper. However, the reader is limited to holding only one copy at a time.
- The reader is prohibited from making copies of the eBook file.
- The reader is prohibited from lending the eBook and/or its paper output to others.
- The standard format for literature citation is "C. M. Huang(Copyright Year or Date), The eBook Title & subTitle, Ching-Min Huang Office."
