Most Taiwanese might have such kind of experiences which they left their company before the Chinese New Year, but they discovered that they couldn't find a suitable job in the job market. Why? I think no company wants to pay the salary of February, and therefore most of them always request the applicants to come working on March 1. I meet this problem now, and consequently I must think about how to solve it. I provide a probable approach to solve it, and it is just tried to calculate by the daily average salary. In general, February should have 20 working days, but the actual working days are 15 days this year. For the common month, the working days have 30 or 31 days which include 22 or 23 working days, and therefore the daily average salary is 1 / 22.5 of a month salary. Of course, compared with the common month, the salary of this February is quite easy to be calculated by the formula 15 / 22.5 = 66.666%. On the other hand, according to the actual and common working days, the salary of this February also can be directly calculated by the formula 15 / 20 = 75%. However, because I don't like to gain extra advantage, I prefer choosing the 66.666% salary for this February. And you?
