If their logic is really correct, Taipower can build all of the power plants in a place, including the nuclear, coal / oil / gas, and hydroelectric power plants. According to the statistical data of Taipower and Wikipedia, Taiwan should have more than 30 power plants, and almost every city has a power plant at least. The present situation is distributed, not centralized.
