Abstract
In the cmhuang fraction conjection, the example has been proposed by Ching-Min Huang to prove the mathematical possibility, and the 2nd fraction example is the Taiwanese Ph.D. probability in 2014, 7.5/2345=0.00319829. As everyone knows, C. M. Huang was related to the 319 event, and the birthday was the August 29, 1980.
