Abstract
In the cmhuang fraction conjecture, the standard format can be described by the formula. A/B=C, and the variable C can be defined by A and B as the public key. However, the big decimal must adopted to describe the public key with the truncation, and the public key should be the repeating decimal or non-repeating decimal.
