　　Earthquake Theory of Water Wave
Abstract
　　When a stone is dropped into the water to observe the water wave, the vertical water wave must be less than the 3/8 lateral water wave. In the seismic design, the vertical acceleration can be defined as the 3/8 lateral acceleration, and the acceleration relationship is called the Earthquake Theory of Water Wave.
