新的土木技師考試方向

　　臺灣的工程師在從事工程設計時，經常會感到對工程規範相當生疏無法掌握，此乃是未將工程規範列入技師考試，以致於在踏入業界才開始學習工程規範。有鑑於此，我考慮到工程規範的重要性，以及在從事結構分析採電腦計算，應而建議考試納入工程規範和有限元素法，並對於施工法增列道路設計的項目，因為市政工程在業界所佔比例不低，而且原考試範圍工程材料有涵蓋瀝青。以下，經我重新給定考試方向，乃建議考試院以此為新考試範圍，其涉及工程規範都是臺灣現行版本。技師考試僅是一場頭銜考試，有不少國際專業人士欲解析考試，我刻意以英文撰寫考試範圍，以便於國際專業人士能快速解析，但技師考試仍然是中文命題。
