Penalty Design System
Abstract
The Penalty Design System, PDS, is a network system for the accused and sentenced person, and the penalty justice result can be designed by the PDS in accordance with the corpus delicti. Besides, the suspension, rehabilitation, parole, capital punishment, and so on, are calculated by the PDS to obtain the date and time, and the executor can follow the PDS to execute the corresponding law behaviors. On the other hand, the case file, exhibits, records, and data are stored away in the PDS, and the relative data include the reports, documents, pictures, videos, and recordings. According to the limits of authority, the different kinds of the judicial officials have the different control authorities to inquiry the PDS, and the inquiry interface also provides the civilians to understand the public information on the Internet.
